Hello i am Adi i have just made a Pokémon Nds Rom Hack and in this there is only starters changed and gym leaders and elite 4 and chapions pokemon level are reduced to -2 to 4 from their orignal version other things are same orignal version discription via en.m.wikipidia.org/
